Join us for an on-farm dinner under the stars with live music!
A 4-course seasonal feast will be served outdoors on the picturesque grounds of CJ Farms, at one long table, under the stars and twinkling string lights. The dinner will feature organic produce grown by CJ Farms, along with other locally sourced ingredients from neighboring farms and businesses, all prepared by Chef Becky Gilbert, a graduate of The Natural Gourmet Institute for Culinary Arts.
The menu will include a tomato and pepper appetizer that you can enjoy while walking the grounds. The salad course will then be served at the long table, exquisitely decorated with hand-poured candles and flowers grown on-site, followed by an entree that will highlight the seasonal fall tastes of apples, yams and pork. Finally a dessert will be served, that is sure to cap off the night deliciously!
